Ask your council for cycle space during lockdown

Thank you for already writing to your council to ask them to make space for cycling during lockdown and beyond.

Thanks to you, and over 7000 others, the Government has annoucened new funding to help local authorities create pop up cycle lanes and other steps to ensure everyone can social distance safely.

If you live in England, we've prepared some emails to help you follow up with your council, and encourage them to make the most of this new funding. If you live in Scotland, Wales or Northern Ireland, and have already taken part, we aren't asking you to email your council again at this stage.

If you haven't already written to your council leader and councillor as part of this campaign, please go to our main action
